Our Team 

After emigrating from Venezuela in 1999, Jonathan began his career in the Drywall industry by working his way up in the field from general labor to Metal stud/Drywall Foreman. Jonathan has a background in Accounting and Computer science, together with his experience in the field makes his expertise unique. 

Rina began her career in the Drywall industry in 2003, working as a bookkeeper for a local drywall company. In 2008, Rina graduated from Green River Community College with a degree in accounting to Co-founded PBC. Rina is now in charge of the general administration and business operations 

Saul began his career at an early age, over 20 years ago. Saul joined PBC in 2009 as a foreman. Saul showed exceptional leadership and customer service skills and was offered by Rina and Jonathan to join PBC's ownership in December 2012. Saul is in charge of the Drywall finishing and oversees the logistics of the construction process

Mike has over 25 years of experience in Metal Stud, Framing, GWB, acoustic ceiling, and general carpentry. Mike joined PBC in 2009 as a working foreman and quickly work his way to Operations Manager. Mike handles all the field crew coordination, safety, and jobsite logistics.  

Monica has been with Paradigm since 2017, working as a file Clerk. She has recently completed her Human resources degree and is our lead human recourses manager. Monica oversees site safety and PBCs company policies. 

​Isaac started as Project Manager at PBC in 2022, after graduating with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering at Saint Martins University. Isaac has 5 years of field experience with PBC working on site as a foreman. 

​Rebecca has been with PBC since 2018. Originally from Venezuela, Rebecca graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 

Fernando began his career with Paradigm since 2017. He is currently pursing is bachelors degree at Renton Technical College for Business Administration. In 2022, Fernando was promoted to Warehouse Manager to manage PBC equipment, machinery, and supplies.
