CEO - Estimator
Jonathan Hernandez
After emigrating from Venezuela in 1999, Jonathan worked his way up in the drywall industry gaining deep field expertise along the way. With a background in Accounting and Computer Science, he co-founded PBC to bring a smarter, more efficient approach to construction. As CEO and Lead Estimator, he combines hands-on experience with strategic vision to lead the company forward.

Rina Hernandez
Rina began her career in the drywall industry in 2003 as a bookkeeper for a local contractor. After earning her degree in Accounting from Green River College in 2008, she co-founded PBC. Today, Rina oversees the company’s financials, keeping everything running with clarity, control, and consistency.

Operations Manager
Saul De La Torre
Saul began his career in construction over 20 years ago and joined Paradigm in 2009 as a foreman. His standout leadership and commitment to quality quickly set him apart, leading Rina and Jonathan to invite him into ownership in 2012. Today, Saul oversees drywall finishing and plays a key role in coordinating construction logistics across all projects.

Operations Manager
Michael Freeman
With over 25 years of experience in metal stud framing, GWB, acoustic ceilings, and general carpentry, Mike brings deep trade expertise to every project. He joined PBC in 2009 as a working foreman and quickly rose to Operations Manager. Today, he leads field crew coordination, safety oversight, and jobsite logistics with precision and efficiency.

Robert Anzures
Roberto has spent the past 15 years running projects, managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality execution. Known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and deep field expertise, Roberto strengthens our operations and upholds the standard of craftsmanship our clients expect.

Human Resources Manager
Monica De La Torre
Monica has been with Paradigm since 2017, starting as a file clerk and steadily growing into her current role as Human Resources Manager. After recently earning her degree in Human Resources, she now oversees all HR operations and ensures PBC’s policies and practices support a strong, compliant, and people-focused workplace.

Project Manager
Isaac Hernandez
Isaac joined PBC as a Project Manager in 2022 after earning his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin’s University. With five years of prior field experience as a foreman at PBC, he brings a strong blend of technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project he leads.

Administrator
Rebecca Hernandez
Rebecca has been with PBC since 2018 and currently serves as the company’s Administrator. A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration, she oversees office management and ensures daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Warehouse Manager
Fernando Ramos
With PBC since 2017, Fernando worked his way up to Warehouse Manager in 2022. He oversees equipment, machinery, supply logistics, and safety operations with precision and accountability. Backed by a Construction Management degree from Renton Technical College, he combines field experience with strong operational insight.

Project Engineer
Nicola Galante
Nicola is an Industrial Process Engineer with a sharp focus on efficiency, execution, and continuous improvement. Since joining Paradigm in 2025, he has worked with end-to-end project workflows—from pre-construction planning to field coordination—while streamlining processes and supporting strategic decision-making. Multilingual and detail-oriented, Nicola brings structure and momentum to every project.
